Guests of this Parade are lining up along the streets of the city that is near to LA - Pasadena, to watch at the luxurious, fascinating floral march, to see the beautifully decorated platforms with people that represent different ethnics and segments of population.
Participants of the Rose Parade prepare their decorations and costumes for a year and practice their performances for weeks. 
I am going to visit this march, which usually takes place at Sierra Madre Boulevard, California, to take photos of the luxurious platforms for my journal. As for me, I'm planning on visiting Cinespia Cemetery Screening. What could be a better fit for Halloween than spooky films screened in a cemetery? After watching films, I'm going to visit Los Angeles Haunted Hayride. Participation in activities that are hold in this haunted house will test my bravery. Moreover, I would like to go to Knott's Scary Farm. It follows a 5.6 km route along Hollywood Boulevard, then back along Sunset Boulevard, featuring various celebrities. Per tradition, Santa Claus appears at the end.
There is almost no snow in Los Angeles, however, people there still can feel the spirit of the Christmas, and Christmas Parade is a proof of that. The nearly nine-decade–old parade features floats, balloons, bands, equestrians and celebrities as they ride in a U-shaped route that begins at Hollywood and Orange and ends up at Sunset and Orange.
