         <description><![CDATA[<p>In Tunisia, outdated technology in schools significantly impacts STEM education. The use of obsolete computers, outdated software, and limited educational tools means that students cannot fully engage with interactive STEM learning platforms or develop the digital skills crucial for these fields. This technological lag makes it difficult for students to participate in hands-on experiments and simulations that are essential for understanding complex STEM concepts.</p><p>Teachers also struggle to incorporate modern technology into their STEM lessons due to inadequate tools and resources. This limitation hinders their ability to teach using current methodologies and technologies, which are vital for effective STEM education. Without access to updated resources, teachers cannot provide students with the practical, real-world applications of STEM knowledge.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>One major cause of outdated technology is a lack of funding. Many schools in Tunisia don’t have enough money to buy and maintain new technology. Without enough financial support from the government or other sources, schools can’t afford to upgrade their old equipment, which keeps them stuck with outdated technology.</p><p>Another issue is inadequate infrastructure. Some schools have problems with their electrical systems or internet connections, making it difficult to install and use new technology. Even if schools have the money, they might not be able to use new tech effectively if their infrastructure isn’t up to the task.</p><p>Resource allocation problems also contribute to outdated technology. Often, schools spend their budgets on other needs, like building repairs or basic supplies, and don’t have enough left for technology upgrades. This means that technology improvements are not given priority, causing schools to continue using outdated equipment.</p>]]></description>
