During the Holocaust, he was known to many as the "Angel of Death." He would do unnecessary experiments and procedures on prisoners of the war camps. He favored twins, dwarfs, people with disabilities and people with two different color eyes.

He used them as test dummies to observe the body so he could treat soldiers that had the same problems. Most of the time the patient ended up dying and he would dissect them. It was cold and wet and filled with diseases. These rooms were very crowded and you had no privacy and no bathrooms to use so most of them used the bathroom on themselves. They would put them in a big pit and burn their bodies. This was the quickest way to get rid of the dead bodies and hopefully stop the spread of diseases.
