         <description><![CDATA[<p>In 1939 following Germany's invasion of Poland Soviet Union annexed western Belarus as a part with agreement with Nazi Germany. And 2 years later Germany broke agreement with USSR by invading it on July 22 1941, in the next months German SS killed many Jews all over the Belarus. After their family was killed in Novogrudok ghetto during 1942.  Which caused  3 surviving Bielski brothers.  They were able to flee to nearby forests and form a partisan group.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>After they fled the ghetto, and formed the resistance group afterwards. They received help from their non-jewish belarusian friends in fighting Nazis, at first they had 30 members consisting of relatives and friends. Bielskis' goals were to help fellow jews. By using captured german weapons as well as equipment supplied by soviet partisans. As war continued, their group expanded to 300 people. In a Naliboki forest they established. a jewish community which became  a fully functional town that hid jewish families escaping from concertation camps. It was until 1944 when soviets completely liberated Belarus .</p>]]></description>
