         <description><![CDATA[<div>Down syndrome is a chromosomal condition that is associated with intellectual disability, and weak muscle tone in infancy. People with Down syndrome may have a variety of birth defects. Almost half of all Children with down syndrome are Affected and born with a heart defect.Down syndrome is also associated with the increased risk of developing Alzheimer's. Although Alzheimer disease is usually a disorder that occurs in older adults,the people with Down syndrome usually develop this condition in their fifties or sixties. </div>]]></description>
