         <description><![CDATA[<div>I don't think the Scarsdale Diet is a good diet to follow because It has more negatives than positives. The Scarsdale Diet doesn't include any exercise and seems to be very ineffective. The diet is also very strict and missing one day can throw off the entire system. The Scarsdale diet is also lacking a variety of foods which can be very dangerous and could end up causing health problems. Our bodies need a variety of foods including healthy fats which is not allowed in the diet.</div>]]></description>
