         <description><![CDATA[<div>At scale implementation of LP in a country will only be possible with coordination between different partners. Identification of focal points and stakeholders at different levels can plan resources in terms of ensuring sustainability, produce LP tech and program champions asap, and help establish feedback loops among different actors (such as who to contact when challenges arise).<br><br>Stakeholders could include but are not limited to:</div><ol><li>Government partners (federal, state, local)</li><li>School level administrators</li><li>UNICEF personnel (project manager, content specialist, ICT specialist)</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ministry of Education or non formal partners are a key stakeholder for the LP to:</div><ul><li>Coordinate for funding and long term sustainability of the program</li><li>Position program within existing digital education programs led by the government (for e.g., a digital center of excellence)</li><li>Curriculum mapping for identifying local content &nbsp;</li><li>Teacher training departments to include LP use in official teacher training programs</li><li>Department for assessments to create relevant local quizzes for content on the platform&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with local or regional level education departments to inform them about the program and working in selected schools</li><li>getting approbal and buy-in from state or central education boards</li></ul><div><br>Education stakeholders will also be key for any inter departmental coordination with ministries of:</div><ul><li>ICT:&nbsp;to support teachers and local school officials with any challenges with technology</li><li>Broadcast and communication: for expanding connectivity to schools</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>LP implementation is not possible without the support of school and local education officials (such as regional or district level secretaries) and teachers. &nbsp;</div><ul><li>Local ed officials can conduct awareness and enrollment drives to encourage selected schools to participate</li><li>They can identify champion teachers or vice prinicipals to promote the program</li><li>Incentivize use of the program with rewards, recognition for schools and teachers</li><li>Work with parents to encourage LP use at home</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

Education Specialist/officers: overall program lead&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Secure buy-in from all other partners</li><li>Coordinate with MoE/ other relevant departments such as communication (for telco involvement) &nbsp;</li><li>Include LP implementation within a&nbsp; larger digital education policy and programs of the govt</li><li>Coordinate with any other ed tech programs already being implemented and how LP can complement</li></ul><div><br>2. LP Coordinator(s)&nbsp;</div><ul><li>LP Content oversight and coordination with vendors for new content&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination with local education officials&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate on teacher trainings &nbsp; and participate in trainings for basic digital skills&nbsp;</li><li>Visiting schools for LP use in classrooms</li></ul><div><br></div><div>3. LP Content Manager&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Vet content from vendors and identify content gaps&nbsp;</li><li>Manage content on the platform</li></ul><div><br>4. ICT Focal Point – manage &amp; troubleshoot offline hub devices, LP implementation in classrooms</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
