         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hot Pockets vs. English Muffins<br><br>Hot Pockets- Nice as a snack, but not on the daily. High in Sodium, and total carb count. I also noticed that there are 3 grams of added sugar., and 10 grams of protein. Iron, Calcium, Potassium, and Vitamin D are present.<br><br>English Muffins- Low calories per each individual serving (of one). High in Sodium, low in fat. There is no trans fat or Cholesterol. Contains Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2.  There are also 5 grams of protein and less than 1 gram of sugar.</div>]]></description>

While Doritos have more fat and don't contain any macronutrients more beneficial to you in their serving size of 11 chips. (Less) </div>]]></description>

If we ignore calories the Jalapeno Mac n Cheese is actually healthier in terms of content and you get to eat just one bowl to be satisfied with. With Spam cooked you only have this small patty then you begin to add more calories when you prepare it with a sandwich. So in the end I think the Cheetos Jalapeno Mac n Cheese actually takes the victor despite having more calories but it has less fat and will satisfy you unlike the small Spam slices </div>]]></description>
