Weather your a boy a girl, any kind of race. That doesn’t matter that much. Just know that in order to be successful in Humboldt High School. You just need to focus on yourself on your school work. Which means stay on task listen to your teachers. It’s okay if you don’t have friends just focus on yourself. Because you don’t want to go to night school in high school. Ask for help if you need it that is your main key to graduate.

Stay away from bad influences. Kids who drink/smoke on a daily basis. Stay away from toxic people the signs are very clear. For example if they say you have no fashion who cares your not here to impress someone unless there’s someone you like. You will know what I mean but to stop you from experiencing toxic people they also say things like you’re boring, your someone that I can just hangout with because your vibe. That can mean a lot of things like your my friend because I like your vibe. Or I’m only here to hangout with you because I like your vibe.

Recap on crush advise stay away from the person you like until you know you like like them. Then take the shot the worst that can happen is them saying no. If they do then it’s there lost. But make sure you have good intentions like your main goal is to be friends with them get to know them.

Middle school is the time to make friends and connections when you hit High school it will be harder to befriend someone but that’s the time to determine who your true friends are. It’s okay not to have many friends or friends at all. I only have 4 true friends, Everyone else I know them I know of them but I don’t really have a good connection with all of them.

Before I leave Humboldt I also would like to say, be nice to others that’s how you make a good impression of yourself. That’s how you attract a lot of positive people into your life. Don’t ever think your not good enough at anything or anyone. Know who your true friends are depending on you that could be everyone or if your introverted you’ll only have a small group of people.

I would also like them to know that once they have enough credit before they are a senior they'll be able to have free classes that they don't need to go to or take since their GPA and credits are enough. You should always try hard because your grades still matter a lot. You shouldn't give up when you don't know how to do things because as long as you try your hardest and ask for help you'll do fine and it will be all worth it.

If there are any opportunities where you get the chance to learn about college or how to be able to get into the right college, take that opportunity. There are many programs that humboldt have that'll help you learn about college and how to be successful throughout your whole high school life.

I wish I knew how to speak English better and do all the homework that the teacher gave. Also I wish i Focus, listen to teachers and do what teachers want us to do.

Don’t get yourself in trouble. Do not fight, don’t start anything with any one, otherwise you’ll get suspended. Listen to your teacher and you’ll be a successful student. Don’t be on your phone too much it’ll become a distraction. Make sure to be on time in class.

Second tips to survive in Humboldt.
Do your work in class. If you have home work make sure to do your homework. Don’t be lazy!!!. Do not fall asleep in class. Turn in your work on time. Study before a test day and don’t miss a test day is important.

How to be prepare?
Have your iPad charge every morning coming to school.
Have your panicle, note book and folder in your backpack.
When you come to class make sure to have to have your note book and panicle ready, before the teacher teaches. Bring your own food if you don’t want the school food. Always bring extra panicle in case if you lost one.

Don’t cheat!!!
Don’t cheat on your test or look at someones test.
Make sure to do your own work and don’t copy others.
I know it could be hard but just keep trying.
If you try you not going to fail. If you don’t try you have no choice but to fail.

Stay after school for help.
If you don’t feel like doing your homework or you don’t know how to do it stay after school for help. The teacher is always there to help. If you have any question, stay after school and ask your teacher. Staying after school can be helpful. Sometime if you don’t have your work done you can stay after school and do it with your teacher.
