The compassion is necessary to connect with others and they can have the initiative to act when needed, with empathy and knowledge. Also, "empowering" is a very used word nowadays, but it is a useful term to help young girls become confident and competent in the outside world (and fight the toxic patriarchy!). We also like that the word "change" is in the vision of the school, because it reminds us that life is about passing through different stages and nothing is constant.
