I would say with the unrest in our country do to race, politics, and COVID are jobs are the hardest they have ever been. We are expected to change our whole profession in the drop of a hat, and teach all digitally when most had no experience at all. The emotional and physical needs have increased and the amount of time to accomplish it all has remained the same.

Teaching is more difficult now because our roles are changing. Parents are more hands on, we are more "facilitators". Crossing our fingers. 
It is harder for many because "hands are off".
