Collected my access card from the person in charge at 8.15 am.

2. Met the Human Resource team and had an introduction session on the company. All the interns also had an office tour of seating areas, the canteen and other facilities.

4. Collected laptop and had a briefing session with the IT department.

5. After that, I met my company supervisor, Miss Khoo Mee Chin. She gave me an introduction to the Accounts Payable team and further explained the working mode of the department. She asked me to contact the buddy assigned to me to receive tasks and any further training.

Buddy - Person to contact after the company supervisor. My buddy (Miss Haniza) will be in charge of training me and further assigning other work to me.

6. Then, I contacted my buddy, Miss Haniza and we had a meeting regarding my work for the day. I learned how to process PO (Purchase Order) invoices in Coupa software.

The entity that I was assigned are FFI (Frisian Flag Indonesia) and DLMI (Dutch Lady Milk Industries, Malaysia).

7. I was assigned to process 80 invoices from various suppliers by the day. 3. I was assigned to process 92 PO invoices including 3rd April's unprocessed invoices in Coupa Software.

4. At 1 pm, I had a meeting with Miss Haniza. She explained how to process a normal Non-PO invoice with Coupa Software. The non-PO invoices processing takes longer than the PO invoice.

5. I was assigned 11 non-PO invoices by today. 

6. I managed to process PO and non-PO invoices assigned to me by 5.30 pm.

3. At 11 am, we had a huddle to discuss any arising matters. Before we proceeded, I introduced myself to my team. Later, all my team members introduced them to me and another new joiner. The meeting was held for about 40 mins.

Huddle - The daily huddle is short meeting teams or companies hold every day to sync up on their work.

4. Processed all manual invoices assigned to me for the day. I couldn't process the DLMI invoices as there was a slight issue with them. 

5. There was an issue in the processing and my buddy, Miss Haniza helped me to reverse the invoices. 3. We got to know more about the company such as its main businesses, products and purpose from Mr Clément as well.

4. We had a fun game during the session as well.

5. After that, the team leaders from various teams explained on service towers of the company such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Records to Report, IT and Support Team. 

6. There was a Q&A session at the end of the session.

7. The session ended around 3.10 pm.
