Use the following questions to guide your response, but really we want to hear your personal thoughts and reactions to this chunk! </p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>What experiences do you share with the characters? </p><p><strong><em>An experience I can share with a charcter is him moving, which I had experieced before moving place from place is not a well experiment.</em></strong></p></li><li><p>In what ways is your family similar or different from those in the book? </p><p><strong><em>They are quite different as my family is not as big. So thenfore I did have not much structural guidance as the character James could've had.</em></strong></p></li><li><p>What did you learn about a character or group of people that you have not personally experienced? </p><p><strong><em>What I learned is that Jews also have arranged marraiges as many others in parts of the world</em></strong></p></li></ul>]]></description>

He describes it as her mother is always unbothered by any thrown at her from either a white or black person. As towards the end of chapter 15 we see how Ruthh decided not to enter the church building when she was graduating, showing that she still got her Jew roots in her.          <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>What did you learn about yourself or the world through this memoir?&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>What I have learned about the world through this very inspiring and educational book is that not all people are the same. That there really millions of different kinds of humans and with that comes very different backgrounds. That background then tends to be very different as we are not all the same. With that we wan't judge no one no matter the race or act of the person. Showing how James grew was no way to judge someone with someone grew up with a different coloreed race mother.</p></li></ul></li></ol>]]></description>
