         <description><![CDATA[<p>On June 28, 1914 Franz Ferdinand and His Wife were killed while in a car. There were 3 assassins out to get them one threw a grenade at their car but it bounced off. Eventually they came to a stop and a man named Gavrilo Princip shot both Franz and his wife with her dying on the way and Franz following soon after.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>January 1917 British cryptographers deciphered a telegram sent from Arthur Zimmermann to the German Minister to Mexico offering U.S land in exchange for Mexico joining the Germans. This telegram was deciphered and then the British alerted the U.S influenced the idea of the U.S joining WW1. This offer to Mexico was made to create allies in exchange for giving them back what they lost during their battle again America.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Woodrow Wilsons 14 points were proposals and resolutions for creating lasting peace post ww1 the main focuses of these points were free navigation of the seas, reducing military growing power so not one place can overtake everybody, and creating a fair system for resolving disputes. These 14 points were first proposed in a speech to congress in 1918 so that the world could have peace and prevent more wars from happening in the future.</p>]]></description>
