I learned a lot about how young children grow and learn from birth to the age of 8 in my Intro to Early Childhood Education class. I studied their physical, emotional, social, and thinking development, and how to nurture them through each of these stages. I also learned about how to prepare fun and meaningful activities appropriate to their age and abilities, especially by using play, which accounts for much of how children learn. We talked about how to create welcoming and safe classrooms, and how to direct children's behavior positively. I learned to observe children and apply what I see to instruct them better. The class also taught me how to work with families, respect diverse cultures, and be a caring and professional teacher. I now understand how essential it is to build sound relationships with children, families, and society so that children can grow up in a healthy, happy way.

Keys to Success has helped me improve both academically and personally. I learned how to set SMART goals, manage my time better, and stay organized. The course taught me study techniques, communication skills, and how to work well with others. It also helped me build confidence, plan for my future career, and use digital tools more effectively. Overall, it gave me important skills that will help me in school and beyond.
