My biggest dream is to become a mother who will raise my children well. I wish to have 5 children and be able to spend most of my time taking care of, raising, and teaching them to be good people.
My goal in the next 5 years is to graduate with an excellent diploma at Hanoi University, then study abroad for a master's degree.
The next 10 years goal is to become a Lecturer at Hanoi University and marry a good man =)))) and take my family to travel as much as possible.
My 20 year goal is to have my own cooking academy

Currently, besides going to school, I’m working at the Department of External Affairs, Vietnam Digital Television. At the same time, I’m the chief operating officer of Nuoi em Cambodia Project and Nuoi em Africa Project.
I hope that in this course, I will have the most specific view of Marketing, specifically Marketing in Tourism and Hospitality, because so far I have not really understood it. I also want to be career-oriented in a really specific way with the major we are studying. Because of the previous 2 years of study, we did not have much access to specific professional knowledge.

I am Pham Ngoc Anh and you can call me Anns. I took this nickname just simply because it related to the letter "A"-ANH in my name.

I chose to study this field of tourism because I love traveling, enjoy experiencing a dynamic environment, working with people, and especially exploring many different cultures. One of my dreams is that when I am young I will be able to travel and discover the beauty and culture of the provinces of Vietnam.

I think that the 3 words best describe me are enthusiastic, considerate, and sensitive. I always put all my energy when I'm determined to do something, and always try to do that work with the utmost care and planning.

Regarding my future goals, in the next 5 years, I hope that I will graduate with a good diploma at Hanoi University. I will spend time learning another language, like Chinese to enhance the opportunities in having high-salary jobs. In this period of time, I hope to have a chance to work as an event executive or some job related to HR, for example, as a recruitment executive.

For about my 10 years goal, I want to have a steady job in a manager position in the event or HR area. Moreover, I want to have another job in education and community as a career specialist or career counselor.

At about this time, in this subject, I really want to know more about Marketing, especially Tourism marketing. I hope that I will possibly be deeply understood to answer my questions about tourism marketing: the overview of tourism marketing, how it works, and how to enhance this in Vietnam.

My name is Nguyen Thi Phuong. You can call me Jennifer - this is my English name, a foreign friend gave me when I worked at a language center.

I am always proud to be a member of Hanu and specifically a member of the high-quality tourism and hospitality management industry because I had put so much effort into it. I chose to study this field because I hope to meet many international friends in the future and spread the beauty of Vietnamese culture to them.

I think 3 adjectives that truly describe myself are sociable, sensitive and responsible. In work and study, I always set a common standard that is on time, on demand, as best as possible.

Regarding my future goals, in the next 5 years, I hope to graduate with good grades at Hanoi University. I will spend time learning another language, such as Korean, to improve my knowledge and find better job opportunities. In the near future, I also hope to have the opportunitíe to work in the hotel and restaurant environment.

For my 10 years goal, I want a stable job in a management position in the restaurant and hotel industry. Furthermore, I want to be able to develop a local culinary restaurant myself and get a good husband. After that, my biggest goal after growing up is to take good care of my parents and take them to all the places they haven't had the chance to go.

First of all, I would like to thank the teacher for giving us the opportunity to introduce ourselves and understand more about the members of the class.
- I'm Thu Phuong, if I could only use 3 adjectives to describe myself, I would choose 2 positive and 1 negative: kind, ambitious, and careless – I'm trying to change that it's positive!
- If talking about my plans, in terms of short-term goals, 3 big goals need to be accomplished: graduation, languages , and business. Graduate on time and know at least one language fluently. Gain a lot of knowledge in the business process and apply it to your business process to create a lot of profit value for yourself and the community. I am doing business on e-commerce platforms. -Regarding long-term goals, there are 2 big goals: main job and business. I perfected myself to find the main job in my field in parallel with implementing the business plans that I had cherished.

If I have a chance to describe myself in 3 words, I would like to choose: cheerful, enthusiastic, condescending. My family and my friends say that when they saw me, the first thing is smile. I always want people around me to be infused with positive energy.

First of all, I would like to give you my appreciate and honor thankfulness for your spirit and the knowledge that you gave us in the last lecture. Blessing it will be one of the most memorable and useful course I have ever been learning in HANU.
My name is Nguyen Quynh, the member of 1D20C, a FMT student with Tourism and Hospitality department. 3 words that can describe me are: hot-tempered, unbothered and sensitive. It's all the negative words but it's good for my characteristic actually. I could say that because of this manners, I'm an empathetic listener and introvert person rather than a talkative person.
About my short-term future goals, I hope that I will graduate with the best score I can get and have a good diploma. Hello, my name is Tran Ha Phuong and I am your customer for the next 5 months.

If I had to sum up who I am in three words, they would be optimistic, adaptable, and open-minded. Although I believe I can easily adjust to a new situation, this is also one of my weaknesses. When I have high expectations and they are not met, it sometimes makes me wishy-washy since my mood might shift suddenly. I do enjoy speaking and writing. Being able to express myself, in my opinion, is a really pleasurable experience. I like interacting with children, and I have recently worked as a teaching assistant on the side. 

I am not sure if I will pick a career in hospitality after graduating from Hanu, but one of my goals is to experience new things in life and learn about new aspects of myself. Life goes on, so I will keep trying and looking forward to the future.

My hobbies are watching movies and reading novels/comics. I have more than 5 years of experience in freelance translation and 2 years working with platforms such as Youtube, FPT Play, VieOn, and Bilibili. But instead of choosing translation profession, I ended up studying at HANU's FMT department :)

The reason why I chose to study tourism was very coincidental, at the end of high school I was quite confused about which major to choose. During a holiday trip with my family, I had a bad experience at the hotel where I stayed. Although it is a 5 stars hotel, the receptionist was very cold when I asked for her help. I don't know why such a minor thing makes me wonder so much, but I had the notion that if I were the hotel staff, I would never treat a customer that way.

So, my goal in the future is to work in the hotel industry, but my dream job is not to become a receptionist but to take part in the event management department or kind of position that coming up with creative and useful ideas, so that the customers can have the most satisfying experience.

Seeing my services make other people happy really make my day :)

I love traveling, therefore I choose tourism and hospitality management as the major field to study in university. I'm proud to be a student at Hanoi university.

I'm Quynh Nhu, I'm also one of your customers. I have another name that is Winnie, you can call me by that.
Actually, becoming a HANUer and FMTer was something I hadn't considered before, it wasn't my original objective either. I used to be sad about that. But then, I thought maybe this is pleasure. I also love to travel and have a little passion for learning about the cultures of countries and regions. Therefore, I also gradually found the motivation for myself to study my major, Tourism and Travel Services Management.

At least, to this day I am still proud to be a HANUer, I have made many friends, great seniors and juniors. Moreover, I have had more memorable experiences such as being at the Malibu training camp, volunteering for the 31st SEA Games, or participating in organizing a few events and public contests, something like that. No matter how big or small, I believe all of them have enriched my student life.

If I use three words to describe myself, I think it will be easy-going, sensitive, and observant. Everyone says it's easy to confide and make friends with me, proof that I'm always their ideal choice to consult and share their feelings. My priority is to make them feel heard. Perhaps this comes from my own sensitivity, I will very quickly recognize other people's feelings when I interact with them as I often take myself out of their shoes. As long as you want, I can be an empathetic listener person or a talkative person. Because of that, I gradually became more observant, even the smallest details or changes in things around me can also attract my attention, especially attitudes and emotions. However, sometimes this personality is my weakness like I bring trouble on myself ^^.

During this time, I wish to gain more knowledge from the subjects and get good marks. Some of my future objectives are graduate with the best score and find a ideal job, expand my networking.
