Firstly, The merchandiser receives the technical documents and sample from the buyer. After that, they will work with costing and analyze cost of trims and fabric, develop sample and prepare cost sheet from sample.

Secondly, cost sheet and sample are sent to buyer for approval. If the buyer doesn’t approve, the merchandiser must rework cost sheet. If the buyer approves, they will obtain Production commence date (PCD) and details from production unit; source trims and fabric from concerned department, book washing and embroidery capacity if required, obtain General Sewing Data (GSD) from Industrial Engineering Department (IED).

Thirdly, the merchandiser executes of order by entering details in ERP.

Next, they forward the samples to buyer for approval. If the buyer approves, they hold preproduction meeting with the production unit to start manufacturing.

Finally, offer garments for final inspection, follow up on the payments for goods

A merchandiser need to have basic skills like: communication skills, good command of English, computer skills, problem solving skils and manpower management and development skills… Especially, you must have 2-3 years of experience related to the fashion industry. Finally, a mechandiser are responsible, reliable,.. Self-motivated and organized. However, this job is also very challenging whenyou have to manage a large amount of work, it will cause a lot of stress. That means you have to strive constantly to develop career

We are appreciate can have change to cooperate. we would like to negotiation some problems for the price of the order 300 shirts. The model is HH219 and the cost each items is each item is $7.

We consulted some suppliers in the market, we compared and analyzed the cost is too high.
