I accepted a teaching position for the preschool department. 
A time when I thrived was when I juggled work, school, and being a mother. It was a difficult time and took a lot of focus. From that experience I grew a lot professionally and was able to accomplish personal goals. He checked in with me weekly or whenever I needed him to but him giving me the freedom to call my own shots prepared me for the position I am in today. Also, he showed me how we as educators are sold on the idea of education and our job is to sell that same idea to all the families/students that we encounter so they can use education to get them where they’d like to be.
