Article 1 Organic Farming

Since this article is over-year-old I want to cover it because it's about food instead of a cliche oil article. Farming supply of organic foods was in a pickle because they could not meet the growing demand for Organic fruits and vegetables. This was about a year ago where the vegan health craze came about. The Organic Trade Association even predicted sales would increase 12 to 15 percent annually in the next three years. The only thing restricting the farmers from growing more are the strict state farming regulations.

Article 2 Wheat Supply

This article talks about the wheat supply and the cost that comes with it. The price went up to $10 per bristle which out rages customers considering that lots of families and restaurants need the wheat products for whatever their purpose is. Many European countries also need the wheat plant to make bread, the main source of food of impoverished countries. This is a prime example of what happens when an items supply drops, the demand will almost always follow with a high demand. It is said the cause for this price spike is the bad weather in the exporting countries

This house market article was published in business insider and covers the high demand of housing in America. The Houston market in America is that a great point, economic wise. However for consumers not so well. There's not enough housing complexes or residences in America, then with the consumers are demanding. The unbalanced weight between amount of houses and amount of buyers has caused a huge increase in home prices

This article published on the Wall Street Journal covers the super low oil prices and then result create a high demand. Since there is too much oil, the price of the barrel goes down, a lot. The quantity of oil is so high that if we keep digging for
More, it will just be a waste of resources. There was a pickup in demand, about 20 million barrels a day, which was a good turn around for the oil and gasoline economy.
