Immigration is when people from all over the world decide to move from one country to another. In this case were talking about people who did/want to move to America. Immigration is an important topic to not only me but to other people. I myself am an immigrant. Seeing how lucky i am to have parents who didn't have a difficult time trying to get me into the US. It's not the same for everyone. Immigration costs lots of money, time, and paperwork. Most people can't even afford it. A Lot of people have their pros and cons about immigration but it really is important to America and society itself. It's what brings people together, and keeps us unique.

Why do people have different opinions on immigration, does that give them the right to treat immigrants as not 'normal'?

Immigration has a lot of view points. Many might think immigration is bad for the country while others think its important to have immigrants. Most Republicans would like to not have immigration as it could see to be a "threat". On the other side Democrats would want immigration as it's beneficial to the economy. Immigration is important for America. Bringing in different cultures means having more diversity.

Most democrats show favor for immigration unlike Republicans who don't favor it as much. Because it is seen as a threat. I support the democrats side because we should allow immigration, i believe its better for america to have more people form different places living here.
