         <description><![CDATA[<div>The speaker knows what the caged bird feels, and it is comparing the caged bird to what the bird can't experience because it is caged up.<br>The bird is trying to escape by beating it's wing on the bars coming to the point to hurt itself and the speaker understands this feeling.<br>The bird is singing as a cry for help, wishing to be free, and the speaker feels sympathy for that bird.<br>All living things should be free, and shouldn't be trapped like the bird in the cage, and should not suffer. All living things should be able to experience life, and not be stuck in one place, such as a cage.</div>]]></description>
