It consists on a popular celebration we do during the Halloween Eve, where we go together with friends or family and we eat roasted chestnuts, sweet potatoes and “panallets”.Panallets are a typical Catalonian dessert which is made of boiled potato, sugar and chopped almond that we mix and form some little balls. Then you can add almond, strawberry jam, cinnamon, pine nuts, coconut or other ingredients you like on top and then, you cook them in the oven. The result is a fantastic sort of different flavoured little cakes. Here you are the recipe.
