         <description><![CDATA[<div> -It was hardly a massacre but it was portrayed that way to fan the anti-British flame into a full blown revolution<br>- Colonists were growing increasingly angry over the many taxes to pay for a war they didn't want<br>- A mob of colonists surrounded British troops and were taunting and throwing things<br>-The British commander was yelling to not fire but tensions caused a soldier to shoot and the rest followed<br>- This event fuels fire for independence and anger towards John Adams</div>]]></description>
