Looking into depth through research on the qualifications and the progression into each role shows the dedication required and how broad the events sector is within job roles, also with the progression it is significant to me as it shows there are many different levels needed to get to your desired role . Doing this research and a deep dive into the event roles really has opened my eyes onto new possible job roles.
