Students are not directly notified of the change and should monitor their timetables closely. If exempted, the course will no longer appear in their timetable within the first few weeks of the semester.

Print the diagnostic test (3 different editions) for your class, and prepare scantron sheet.

For students require 1.5 time accommodations (Letter from Accessibility Service is required), please try to arrange them write the test in the classroom with other students, but given them an additional 30  minutes. Prepare the grades on an Excel sheet and submit the grades to the coordinator by the end of the first week.

Anticipate the student list update and possible classroom change in the first few weeks.  Some students will be exempted, and some will be moved to your section. 

Prepare to share the test marks with your students, but not the test paper or scantron sheets (We will reuse the tests). For the students who didn't take the test in your class but being moved to your class, the coordinator will share their test marks with you.
