Italy has a lot of old people while Mexico has a lot of young people.  the crude birth rate of Mexico is almost 2 times higher than italys birth rate. Adolescent Fertility rate of Mexico is also higher then in Italy but the life expectancyis is in Italy bigger. About 7 years. Also the Physicians per 1000 people is higher in Italy then Mexico.
