The IHCC unified a central command system that includes the Multispecies Diversity and Difference Center (MDDC), the Biological Pathogens and Climate Disaster Command Center (BPCDC) , the Counter-Bioterrorism Command Center (CBC), and the Central Compostists Operation Center (CCOC).The BPCDC took an active role in resource allocation, including setting a price for the vaccine (Remdesivir) and using international funds and military personnel to increase vaccine production.
