         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most Cuban refugees that arrived in America were Political Refugees or skilled workers in manufacturing cigars. By the age of 16 most Cubans were in the civilian labor force. Although during 1960-1980 many Cubans had arrived in Miami increasing the Hispanic population from 50,000 to 560,000. The Cubans that recently immigrated to Miami began to form a close community amongst each other, they began to found multiple Business such as, banks and as well as Cuban-owned institutions.
