In this cost there are a few items such as the facial beds and machines that make up a majority of the cost but still that's quite a bit of money. I broke my budget down by procedure specific costs and general expenses to help organize my thoughts. I would keep that organization when keeping inventory. To file taxes as the business starts up I would be able to handle the numbers and keep the books with potentially the help of a program or app. Still as business grows I would definitely look into finding an accountant. I found an accountant located in Maryville, Tennessee named Walker and Cummings CPAs that I would like to work with. They have lots of experience with small businesses and so I would be able to trust their guidance. 
As far as legal matters go I was also able to find a law firm I would want to work with named Schaffer Law Firm PLLC, which also has lots of experience with small businesses. I really looked for places that specialize in small business work so I could feel confident trusting them. 
For a sales distributor it was a little more difficult to find someone or a company to work with, however,  I was able to find a business located in Nashville named State Beauty Supply.

I went for their 45 minute cleanse and exfoliate facial as I had never been to this spa or any spa to receive a service before and wanted to get something simple. My esthetician was named Jamie and she was wonderful. She seemed confident and relaxed while working with me. What I found most interesting was that prior to my service I had to fill out a virtual consultation form and create an account online with the spa. This was interesting to me but made sense that online accounts would be easier to manage and update than paper consultations. I definitely could have come more prepared to talk about my skin, as I stumbled to find the words to describe my skin and skin concerces before the facial but overall I felt prepared from the information I read about the procedure on their website. I would say the spa stayed consistent with my preconceived notion. I had heard many good things about them and was recommended to go by my mom, so I had a good impression that was maintained throughout and after my visit. I believe their online presence does reflect their salon however there is such an array of services at signature that i cannot speak for all of it after only one facial treatment. This is with 3 rooms working 6 days a week each seeing roughly 7 clients a day. This number may not be met everyweek but it is what I would aim for. Still if the spa can average higher than 90 clients weekly it would be fine. Those client numbers combined with retail sales will work out well.

    I would want to retail local business to support the community and connect with the beauty of the area. I found two businesses that meet this criteria, misty mountain and mountain dreams. Both are local to the smoky mountains in Tennessee and draw off of the natural environment. I think this would also go over well in the tourist crowds the spa would draw, as these products would be much more useful than a regular souvenir.
