This is a good way of driving engagement.<br><br>A more natural way of encouraging conversation are the live chats it regularly hosts with various food and health experts.<br><br>Tesco also operates a separate page for its F&amp;F clothing line.  which has clocked up 238,000 fans.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Tesco has an account for tesco food and also has one for their clothing brand F&amp;F and their for their Tesco mobile store </li><li>They post videos promoting their love to share magazine. It contains recipes, new products and fun activities to do with kids. They also have professional writers that write articles about different things depending on the season or holiday </li><li>They also post photos of deals that they offer. One was indicating that Freddos were on offer for 10p because Tesco was celebrating their 100 years of great value.</li><li>They also post things about upcoming things they are doing in store. An example was Tesco teaming up with veggiepower to get kids to eats more vegetables by doing a post each week with a different vegetable and ways to mae the vegetable more appealing and tips on how to get them to eat more.</li><li>They also post photos of their employees helping out with charity events </li><li>Photos of people collecting their competition prizes </li><li>Videos showing 5 ingredient meals they have made with instructions for customers to follow along </li><li>Food inspiration </li><li>Hashtags for people to find out about stuff they have posted with the same thing e.g #dinner </li><li>Tesco has 269k followers </li><li>They also have stories on their page such as essentials, best bakes and vegan and vegetarian </li><li>They also post photos of people and their stories and have them posted on their stories for people to view and why certain things Tesco offer are important to them </li><li>They post photos and videos showing statistics on how many things they have sold e.g Tesco sold 196 million portions of perfectly imperfect fruit and veg </li><li>Tescos use Instagram to promote their F&amp;F clothing range where they post outfit options and offers</li><li>They post images of seasonal style and occasion items </li><li>They post videos with celebrities such as Davina McCall for celebrity endorsement and attracts a wide range of fans as well as helping to promote the clothing </li><li>They post stories with polls for users to decide which item  of clothing they prefer</li><li>They also make use of the IGTV feature in which they display tutorials such as a skeleton Halloween makeup tutorial</li><li>They are highly responsive to their audience as reply quickly to any queries they have</li><li><br></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Tesco has 9 verified twitter accounts.These include Tesco mobile, Tesco bank , Tesco news and Tesco pay+.</li><li>The main Tesco account was created in March 2011.</li><li>They have 543.8k  followers.</li><li>They link their own website to their twitter account.</li><li>They have had 2.1M tweets.</li><li>They mainly post about their current deals and recipes that can be made through buying their food.</li><li>The <a href="https://twitter.com/UKTesco">customer care</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/uktescooffers">offers</a> accounts are the most popular with 49,000 and 48,000 followers respectively, while the other feeds generally have around 10,000.</li><li>Tesco Customer Care is incredibly active, responding to and resolving hundreds of customer queries every hour. It’s also available for most of the day – 8am to 11pm from Monday to Saturday and 10am to 8pm on Sundays.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tesco use their own website the most out of all social networking platforms. Tesco use the website to inform consumers about new information and goals of the company. Tesco use their website as their customers can find out anything about the company, their products, financial statements and any vacancies opening in that business. On their website it gives their market share price if someone wants to invest in their business. Tesco also state the different stores in all of the countries that they operate in.  <br>Tesco have many different variety of shops, they cater for most needs of customers, they have a Tesco Superstore and Tesco Extra.  They have a Tesco Mobile in a Superstore which allows customers to buy phones or get top ups which is not available in other retail stores.  Tesco Bank are here to make banking and insurance simple and rewarding. They offer products and services that help the customers be smarter with their money and they are proud to say that their six million customers are at the heart of everything that they do.  Tesco Cafe are proud of what they do, they want to ensure that all customers are leaving with a smile and make their day that little bit better.  Tesco Fuel understand how essential a car can be to daily life, that's why they do their best to bring the customers competitive fuel prices, together with a great range of top-quality products and services.  All of this is on the Tesco website and anyone can access these different businesses.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tesco use  YouTube to promote new products being released, they can do this by having suggested video adverts on YouTube's page to get more clicks as more users will see this form of advert. Another method Tesco use to promote their new products is through video ads, this is when a user clicks on a video the content creator will have ads on their video in attempt to make a small amount of money, Tesco would be displayed on this short ad before the video starts which increase views and clicks for the company. There will also be demonstration videos on the platform, this will also increase views as it takes users through a step by step process of how the products work or if it is food based products how it is made. Tesco have a channel on the platform which only has tutorial advertisements which is what products to buy and how to make the desired meal but it promotes each food ingredient that they sell. They have a total of 110 thousand subscribers which is made up of people who have an interest for the business on this platform.   <br><br></div>]]></description>
