         <description><![CDATA[<p>Every Shabbat, we come together, no matter how busy the week has been, because spending time as a family is one of the most important values in my culture. In my Jewish-Polish family, we always gather for Shabbat lunch, often with warm <em>cholent</em></p><p> in the winter, and it’s about more than food. It is about showing care and connection. For me, this also means bringing flowers for my parents every week. It's my way of honouring them and expressing gratitude. These traditions remind us that family comes first and that small gestures help keep us close.</p>]]></description>
