They manage to stop a bully name Janice aviary and Leslie became the fastest kid in 5th grade. They also learn how to use their imagination to create a magical kingdom. Through the help of Leslie, Jesse life was better than before.
 They create this magical kingdom known as Terabithia. They learn how to use ropes to get to the kingdom and how to use their imaginations to fight monsters and beast. As there friendship grew, so did their bond/etc. Then one day, Leslie dies by the rope that they used to Terabithia, leaving Jesse and her family to mourn for the next couple days.
 If Jesse never meet Leslie, then he wouldn't have to be at her funeral or punching his sister. That however is not true except for the parts about the funeral and punching his sister, because without Leslie, he wouldn't have had any friends besides Miss Edmund. Before Leslie came into his life, he lived a very sad life, then Leslie came and he had something that he could look forward too, when i say that, i mean Terabithia and Leslie.  Thanks to Leslie, his life was better than it was before he encounter Leslie, but she also died which left him with even more sadness than before, but at least people are kinder to him now.
