We think of the program as a beehive. Giving a bee to an individual means providing a Thank You from any staff member to other staff members for providing exceptional assistance or good teamwork on specific tasks or operations. During Staff meetings, we take a moment to acknowledge all bees given to the direct supervisor for that previous month.
