         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>I really have to bear in mind the sensitivity of the data given how vulnerable students may be and make sure to delete recordings as needed</p></li><li><p>The practical challenge that sticks out is simply time. To really listen takes time and somehow this must be found. </p></li><li><p>Actually this is such a broadly applicable approach. If it impacts students, surely they deserve a voice?</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>I will take care that any tool I use is in line with the GDPR regulations in the Netherlands and my school, and that I am careful to consider what personal data is recorded (and only that which is relevant to my inquiry question) and that required permissions are obtained.</p></li><li><p>Time is the greatest practical challenge for me!</p></li><li><p>Gathering experiences of students to support our safeguarding practices - what evidence of harm, what are common themes occuring and how can we learn from this to better protect and/or empower our students as self-advocates.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
