Community is over engaged. Multiple groups/programs from our county all engage in many of the same people based on their own needs, instead of us working together

Competing priorities
Want to figure out how to make CLT participation beneficial to partners. How to not just "take"/continually ask for community input - without giving something in return.

Engaging organizations is very different than engaging community members/residents. The typical CLT format doesn't work well for community members - rather we meet them where they are at

We don't try to do everything possible with our CLT but attempt to focus.

Some communities are tired of being "Researched/engaged" and nothing happens.

It takes time so multi year commitment needs to be allowed and yes, stipends are needed.

Our CLT is specifically focused on wellbeing. It is at least somewhat helpful to try to bring people together around a single topic.

If there was something the state can do to pave the way for this (stipends) to be deemed allowable for all - that would be so very helpful. We have been told it is not even legal by our County Attorney

Similar to what others said - focused CLTs and smaller CLTs based on communities/place. One group to provide input on the entire county isn't very effective and leaves many communities out. Focused, place-based groups can make more effective decisions about their own needs. This also aligns with our community engagement efforts

I don't think we should be evaluated if we have a CLT but rather how CE is integrated throughout each of our projects. Counting CLT meetings is not an accurate picture of our CE activities.

Our CLT is actually a pre-existing group that has its own purpose but we have 'come alongside' them. This has worked well for all so far
