The academic moot was very informative. It was not only related to academics but also about understanding kids. By learning about stages of play , I can now understand the psyche of kids better. I loved the concept of free flow environment.

This session has also broadened my understanding of teaching phonics to kids.

My Growth Journey:

I learnt a lot from this academic moot .It was a beautiful learning experience .Ms tayyaba Aamir was the trainer and I have learnt alot from her.We discussed how kids think and play, and the idea of 'free flow' which means letting them learn at their own pace. I also learnt about the 4 lenses of reflection, which help us think deeply about our experiences. I also learnt about pedagogical document which help us to keep a learning process of a child .Additionally, I gained insight into phonics awareness. Overall, I gained a better understanding of how kids learn and grow.
