I try to do my best but I often feel inadequate. I recently attended a G Suite Administrator online course (Coursera, quite interesting with a lot of technical information. The argument was clearly defined). It would be very interesting to attend an intensive course, a workshop or group activities, and for a while 'to do only the student. 
Surely this course has given me a lot of ideas to ponder and technical information. 
I have not yet begun the course of Cisco.

I think and feel that I have some skills but as things keep changing we do need to keep up.
I think schools shouldn’t be left alone and there should be a policy by country or even the European Union to standardize procedures and actions. We only have to win with each other. Then the ICT coordinator would have to supervise and coordinate those procedures.
What training has worked for you? 
Are there any courses you can recommend? Have you tried the Cisco Networking Academy training?
Online training is what works best for me. I haven’t tried the Cisco Networking Academy training but it is in my list of things to do.
