The Depression may cause patients to feel sleepy and tired, lose interest, have problems to sleep, feeling guilty or self-valueless, unable to concentrate, respond quickly and really depressed. 

BD patients may have all the traits of Depression. Actually, they may get lost in these 2 moods. When the depression mood outbreaks, they may have the same feeling with the patients with Depression. When the hypomanie mood outbreaks, their self-esteem may get Inflated, demand for sleep may decrease, talkative, Flight of ideas or subjective experience that thoughts are racing and have much actives.

How to prevent?

1,The depression are hereditary, so if the parents have these issues, the teenagers should have a check regularly.

2,many patients are usually unaware of these issues, so we should let them become a common knowledge

3, less pressure, more help from professional psychologists

4,treat on time if confirmed, these issues can be treated.
