         <description><![CDATA[<div>The silent generation is comprised of people born from 1928-1945, with the age range 77-94.<br><br>The label "the silent generation" came from them being born in a period of war and economic depression<br><br>The generation was impacted by the great depression, the Great Recession in their youth, the Cold War, the Korean war, the McCarthy hearings and the Space Race<br><br>They are loyal unlike entitled Gen Y and Gen X, many of which worked for the same employers their entire lives, being the least likely to change their careers. They are also very loyal to their countries.<br><br>They are patient, team-oriented, financially motivated, traditional, loyal<br><br>They grew up during many wars and are concerned about the current conflicts in the world today (e.g. potential WW3)<br><br>Joe Biden because he is loyal to his country America and he is taking action against the war</div>]]></description>

         <title>MAX AND GANG</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Generation Z (Gen Z) refers to the generation born from 1997 to 2012. They are aged 9-25 today. The name Generation Z is a feference to the fact that it is two generations after Generation X. Some significant global events include social networking, smart devices, climate change, gender equality, LGBTQ rights. One interesting fact is that Gen Z the first digital natives, meaning that they are the first generation to embrace technology into their daily lives. One inetresting fact is that Gen Z is around 30% of the world population. One perception is that they are financially focused, they view their jobs as a means to an end. Another perception is that they are entrepreneurial, they are not afraid to chase their ideas and pursue their dreams. One public figure to represent Gen Z is Greta Thunberg, who has made great efforts and success in climate change activism, starting from the age of 15. </div>]]></description>
