Teachers should be able to trust pupils with equipment, that they can be sent home with work that will be done-not that we give work that is ignored. 
That the trust is fair.
Teachers should feel like they are trusted to be professional- e.g directed time whereby we are expected to stay to work here (not trusted to work at home?)
Teachers should feel they are trusted by their line managers and those above, being questioned regarding behaviour decisions made,etc...
