         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week, I pushed myself a little more, to include muscle toning (weight lifting).  I focused on my abs, lower back and thighs. I hurt the next day, but I felt more accomplished.  I like going on the treadmill, but I also want to incorporate more muscle toning, Yoga or meditation, so that I do not get bored with physical activity.  Unfortunately, time and money have been a struggle to incorporate these. When I switched gyms, I was embarrassed to ask how to use the muscle toning equipment, but I got the courage to finally ask someone this week and started trying equipment unfamiliar to me. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Reflection</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most weeks, I was only able to get to the gym about 2 days.  The only way I met my weekly physical activity goals (210 minutes/wk) was to increase my time of workout (60 minutes each day) and intensify my workout (doing inclines on treadmill).  This gave me MIE2 (moderate intensity equivalent minutes).  Had it not been for increasing the intensity, I would have struggled to reach my goals each week. Knowing and understanding that you need to intensify your workouts to get more benefit helped me.  I had never thought of that prior to following the SuperTracker.gov website. </div>]]></description>
