1. perseverance - we learn that although training can be tough but we have to still stay through out the whole training for our dancers 
2. responsibility - it is each individual's responsibility to take ownership on how much they have and want to catch up with. Regarding physical training, getting the right steps and the effort that they put into their work. 
3.commitment - usually students get into our cca thinking that it is just dancing and performing on stage but behind all of that, there is also physical training and enduring the tiring duration of practice that we have and coming home late. that is why commitment is important and you can't give up half way just because things weren't easy as how one expected it to be. 
4.teamwork - we need to work together in order to be able to do be very synchronised and for everyone to be in the correct time. 
5. communication - we will need to communicate almost every single moment in order for us to be able to be on the right track of the steps and dance.
