         <description><![CDATA[<div>Navajo<br>1.They live in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah.<br>2.Moved South West in 1400 C.E. Helped Americans win WWll. Traded with Spanish.  They were invaded in 1846 in Santa Fe<br>3.They believe in balance and harmony based of the ideas of Hozhooji.  They witch hunt.<br>4. There language was used in WWll because it was very hard to decipher took years to learn they were called Code Talker.<br>5. They lived in portable homes called hogans.<br>6.They ate the three sisters and they hunted deer and prairie dogs.<br>7.They used tomahawks, bows, spears, rawhide shields, pump drills, and rakes.  They traded with hopis.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Iroquois<br>1. The Iroquois lived in the Eastern Woodland Region. (Upstate New York, Ontario). The lived in this area for more than 4,000 years.<br>2. The Iroquois had there own languages with other tribes.<br>3. The Iroquois believed in a cosmology based religion. Where they believed women fell from the sky, the also preformed religious ceremonies like sacrificing like sorcery, torture, cannibalism. They also had long prayers services of thanks.<br>4. The Iroquois tribe consisted of 5 tribes and all the tribes created a political system.<br>5. The people in the Iroquois lived in longhouses 100 feet long (could fit 60 people inside).<br>6. Iroquois grew corn, beans, squash (three sisters). The women would usually grow and take care of the crops.<br>7. The Iroquois used axes and hatchets, spears, Bows and arrows, clubs, shields. </div>]]></description>

Women wore long skirts and blouses made out of leather.<br>Houses:<br>Hogans, houses made out of logs, sticks, and mud.<br>Religion:<br>The Apache believed that supernatural beings lived with them. They also believed that their ancestors were rocks, trees, wind, and other things in nature.<br>History:<br>Year of establishment: 1886<br>Population:  About 31,000</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ontario<br>2) Cold climate <br>3) 115,856 population <br>4) Established in 1600<br>5) The Chippewa celebrated  Gitchie manitou<br>6) The Chippewa spoke in Algonquian<br>7) Most people lived in a wigwam which is a traditional shelter made of bark and animal skins<br>8) The Chippewa didn't eat all the same food. They mostly farmed and harvested wild rice and corn, fishing, hunting small game, and gathering nuts and fruits.<br>9) The Chippewa tribe wore breechcloths in the summer and in the cold weather they wore fringed, decorated tunics, high moccasins and leggings and turbans of fur. <br>10) The Chippewa invented snow shoes and moccasis<br>11) The Chippewa would play mostly lacross and archery<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Sunflowers, deer, turkey, fish, and small gain were also eaten.  <br>6) Houses were made of plaster and river cane walls and thatched roofs. Women wore knee-length cotton dresses called mantas.<br>4. Their religion was the original indigenous spiritual and religious tradition and Roman Catholicism.<br>5.
