1. The Iroquois lived in the Eastern Woodland Region. (Upstate New York, Ontario). The lived in this area for more than 4,000 years.

3. The Iroquois believed in a cosmology based religion. Where they believed women fell from the sky, the also preformed religious ceremonies like sacrificing like sorcery, torture, cannibalism. They also had long prayers services of thanks.
