When talking about weakness, first said the weakness, but said as time  goes by, this weakness kindly became a strengths. didn't make the weakness become the disadvantage.

when talking about difficult decision, she shows she's a person who is good at searching expert in a field that can consult with her and  give a professional advice

meanwhile, she prove that she is a courageous person by stressing that she will make the final decision by her own

And the interviewer ask several questions based on the resume of the interviewee. Then, our interview questions are mainly from question list, and one of the best questions in this interview is:
Question: tell me about an important goal you set in the past, and the steps you took to reach that goal.
Interviewee response: talked about how he lose a lot of weight in few months. Personal experience not related to work is quite interesting and could show his true personality. He could add a little bit conclusion.

She clearly provides a career path indicating why she goes to MSU MSMR program, what are her achievements in marketing field and what are her career plans after graduation.
