All member as a collector parcel since everyone have a different class schedule. With this method we can collect customer parcel every day to overcome missing parcel.

Service Promoter

Since we are providing delivery service, all member also become promoter to all resident in UNIMAS campus to separate information that our group business running as a parcel delivery.

The transportation method used depends on the parcel's weight. If the parcel is more than 4 kg, we use a car as it is too heavy to transport using a motorcycle. There will be an additional charge of RM 1 for every 2 kg of weight (starting from 2kg).

The runners will pick up their customer's parcel from these locations. The counter staff will ask questions regarding the parcel's tracking number, parcel's arrival date, and runner's matric number. Then, runners will be charged RM1.00 for the pick-up fees.

Customers hire runners from the WhatsApp Community Group.
Once we get a customer, we will ask their parcel's tracking number, the date and time for the delivery and payment methods.

4) Delivering parcels and payments

Cash on Delivery: Customers pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
Online Payment: Customers pay for the parcel before it is delivered, using methods like Touch N Go, Boost, or DuitNow. The payment is processed electronically and verified before dispatch.
