It is a huge debate for in education whether or not to allow games in the classroom. When you are a teacher, what do you think you will decide when it comes to this? What is your reasoning behind your answer?

I personally would allow certain games, educational, during free time and after students get done with their assignments. I think giving them a break from difficult learning is important, but too much screen time can be deteriorating for children. I will also have coloring sheets available and other games that students can do during free time if we have already worked on the computers for a while that day.

I personally would allow the students to play games on their computers if they were to finish their work early or had some free time in the mornings or afternoons. This would be monitored, and it would have to be content related games. I think it is important to give students some time to think on their own and by playing these games, this gives them that time.
