1 not because the other countries will have problems different from those of our country
2 Yes, the truth is, I imagine invisible cell phones or cars for more than 7 people

3 For me an ineligent city is Santa Marta because they know how to sell or buy things without one needing them, it is easier for them to sell things

1- i do not know, the city may have a very great technological advance but it would never be achieved.
2- i do not think, colombia would take many years to have a very advanced technology like new york or korea
3- i do not see it very likely due to the colombian government, if it would be possible but not in the near future.
