Feste is really just a jester he make jokes out of everything and everyone, he likes to think he is the best at making jokes which he is.

Olivia thinks that being too serious, to organized and sober is insignificant because she to Malvolio that he need to lighten up and have a little fun.

Orsino thinks that being brave, strong and being perfect is insignificant for anyone else because he is the Duke he has to be all those things.

Sir Andrew thinks that stating you mind and opinions is insignificant because he doesn’t care he just wants to drink and drink probably until he dies.

Feste thinks that being on time, well behaved and nice is insignificant because he is all about jokes and how life would take its course.

Sir Andrew- role: friend of Sir Toby, and is the person Sir Toby wants his niece to marry. Seems to be a side character for comedic relief, going off of the play so far
                   -Values: is shown to be not very bright. He didn't catch on to Sir Toby's jokes, He's considered to be tall and has memorize 4 different languages. Is rich, can play instruments and starts fights he can't finish. From Sir Toby he thinks all but him not being smart and him starting fights he can't finish are good traits for a marriage.
Feste- role: is Olivia's jester, and so far seems to be a bit of a side character

Feste 
Feste is the fool of Olivia’s household and he is known to be funny but also have witty thoughts/remarks and give wise advice disguised as jokes. -She seems to not appreciate the admiration of Sir Andrew or Orsino's offer to marry her and confession of love which gives the impression that she does not want male guidance but later changes when she admires Orsino's servant Cesario (Viola) and desires to marry him.

Orsino is the Duke of Illyria. 
Orsino's values:
Orsino is a man his in love with the idea of love. Orsino supposedly loves the woman Olivia and compares his love for her to music. He continues to pursue her love by using his servant Cesario (Viola) to declare his love for Olivia. 

- SIR ANDREW -
Sir Andrew is an "idiot" and a friend of Sir Toby who desires to gain Olivia's love. 
He seems to not speak well or not seem educated or clever as everyone else.

- FESTE -
Feste is the "fool" in twelfth night who is employed by Olivia.  
His job is to be a jester and is there to make Olivia joyful and uplifted. 
As his job as a "fool"/jester, it is acceptable for him to speak his mind about his opinions to their employer (Olivia).

Orsino is one of the main characters and ⅓  of the love triangle in Twelfth Night. He has feelings for Olivia who has feelings for Cesario. Orsino values true love, himself, and Olivia. Orsino often changes the topic of conversation to either himself, or his love for Olivia. He considers Olivia’s refusal and other people’s opinions as insignificant. Although Olivia doesn’t reciprocate his feelings, he is determined to make her love him.

Sir Andrew
Sir Andrew is a supporting character who, although not technically assigned this role, plays the role of the idiot. He values his friendship with Sir Toby and drinking. Sir Andrew finds common sense and hidden intentions insignificant.

Feste
Feste is a supporting character who plays the role of the fool. Although that is his assigned role, in Act 1 we can see that Feste is often one of the wiser characters. He values humor and quality time. Feste finds people that are foolish with words, and mourning over those in heaven insignificant.

Feste plays the witty fool of the house. Something he values is his job, because he likes to use his ability to mock anybody to his fullest potential. What values, then, does the character consider insignificant? 

Alcohol is basically the reason he is on the planet. He loves drinking with his friend, Sir Toby.

Wealth via inheritance is a big part of his story. He didn't earn the money through hard work or perseverance. This is a big factor on why he is consider the idiot of the play.

Olivia seems to have a house, a jester or a fool, a maid, and a servant. Which makes Olivia a wealthy character in the story. As well as Orsino he seems to have musicians play him sad music at the beginning of the story, and he also seems to have a servant or a messenger, Cesario.
Insignificant values:
Most of these things are considered to be insignificant to Olivia and Orsino because they both seemed to be more focused on the emotions rather than the things/objects they have. Olivia is focused on mourning the death of her brother. While Orsino is more focused on the ignorance of Olivia towards his love for her. 
Evidence:
Orsino says “If music be the food of love, play on. Give me excess of it that, surfeiting, The appetite may sicken, and so die. That strain again, it had a dying fall. Oh, it came o'er my ear like the sweet sound…” (Shakespeare 1. 1: 1-5).

Valentine tells Duke Orsino that “The element itself, till seven years' heat...” (Shakespeare 1. 1: 26).
