Title :- Experiment 1

Aim :- To make a baked product using a veriety of different cereal products to find acceptable alternatives.

Method :- Write out how you made the muffins. You can use a copy of the recipe to help you. It is in the year 10 area called Raspberry Muffins.

Results:- Use the star diagram to help you write up your set of results. Comment on each of the different combinations and give a personal view on each.

Conclusion :- Say which combination you would use again and why and say which you would definately not use again and why. Give your two best and your two worst.
