         <description><![CDATA[<p>A Patriot- a person who vigorously supports their country and is prepared to defend it against enemies or detractors.</p><p>Loyalist-a person who remains loyal to the established ruler or government, especially in the face of a revolt.</p><p>Minutemen- a member of a class of American militiamen who volunteered to be ready for service at a minute's notice.</p><p>Redcoat- <span style="font-size: 13px;">a British soldier.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></p><p>Minutemen are soldiers that are ready any minute. Redcoats are just soldiers. A Patriot is a person who will defend there country/land. A Loyalist remains loyal to there country/land meaning they will do what the government wants them to do.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Patriot- A colonist who was loyal to the cause of rebellion against Great Britain.</p><p>Loyalist- A colonist who was loyal to the British, and didn't want the rebellion.</p><p>Minutemen- The rebel soldiers of the colonies.</p><p>Redcoat- "Redcoat" was the term used by colonists to refer to the British soldiers.</p><p>Patriot and loyalist are similar because they are both referring to colonists, but are different because they feel different about the Revolutionary War. Minutemen and redcoat are similar because they were both soldiers, but they are different because the minutemen were rebellious colonists and the redcoats were British troops.</p>]]></description>
